          面向i.MX應用處理器的PMIC

          我們提供適用于多個系列的i.MX應用處理器的電源管理集成電路(PMIC),旨在優化電源效率和軟件/硬件集成。這些PMIC集成了開關和線性穩壓器,這是完整的系統解決方案所必須的。此外,它們還可以集成電池管理功能,包括一個開關或線性電池充電器、一個電量計、紐扣電池充電器和電源通路選擇。其他功能包括微型/小型USB接口、RTC、LED驅動器、音頻解碼器、音頻放大器、通用I/O和ADC。

          面向網絡處理器的PMIC

          VR500系列電源管理集成電路(PMIC)支持基于QorIQ網絡通信處理器的電源系統解決方案。多款QorIQ LS1網絡通信處理器參考平臺采用了各種版本的VR500 PMIC。結合使用這兩種器件,客戶將獲得平臺級解決方案,從而加快產品上市速度并減少工程設計工作量。
          面向網絡處理器的MC34VR500是一款高效率的四通道降壓穩壓器,輸出電流高達4.5A,帶有5個用戶可編程的LDO。

          可配置PMIC (PF系列)

          PF系列PMIC以系統級的PMIC解決方案,提供先進的可配置性和可編程性,使單個器件經過簡單配置,即可為一系列處理器和外設供電??蛻艨梢允褂靡淮涡钥删幊?OTP)存儲器來存儲配置,無需借助外部存儲設備。該系列包括許多集成度各不相同的器件,專門針對特定的終端應用。
